Cara Howard a Mental Health Professional who is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from Bethel University.  She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. 

Johanna Hauck is a Mental Health Professional who earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from The College of St. Thomas and St. Catherine’s University in St. Paul, MN. She received a Bachelor’s of Social Welfare in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Johanna is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist™ in the state of Minnesota.

Tamera O'Neill is a Mental Health Practitioner, Clinical Trainee who received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN along with a certificate in Child and Adolescent Counseling. Tamera is on track to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
