Sarah L. Busch, MA, LPCC, ATR-BC

Sarah Busch is a Mental Health Professional who is a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy Counseling from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She has a Bachelor’s Degree is in Art Therapy, with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin.
Sarah has over twenty years of experience working primarily with children and adolescents and their families. Prior to joining TSA in 2014, she spent eight years working in a child and adolescent day treatment program in Wisconsin where she served as the Clinical Mental Health Coordinator. Sarah has a passion for the creative arts and enjoys finding ways to incorporate the arts into her work with clients. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT) in order to work more intensively with children who have experienced trauma. She completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), a group model for treating children with trauma histories. She currently works in the Day Treatment Program in Pine City, and provides outpatient therapy to adults and children in the Pine City area. Sarah received her supervisor certification and also provides supervision to interns and staff within the day treatment program.
