Ravae Anderson, MSW, LGSW

Ravae is a Family Coordinator contracted with Isanti County who earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University in May of 2019. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Human Services from Metropolitan State University in 2015. Ravae has worked as an intern and volunteer child advocate at a local domestic violence shelter and most recently interned at Therapeutic Services Agency North Branch Day Treatment as a Mental Health Practitioner- Clinical Trainee. As a Mental Health Practitioner- Clinical Trainee, Ravae demonstrated professionalism to the clients she worked with on a daily basis. Ravae facilitated group therapy and skills for children ages 6-18. During her time in Day Treatment, Ravae worked with a multidisciplinary team and collaborated with social workers, probation officers, parents, schools, and other stakeholders in children and youth's lives to promote strong collaboration and an overall positive well-being in the child life. Ravae works for Therapeutic Services Agency as a Family Coordinator with Isanti County Family Services in the Behavioral Health Unit with the Children’s Mental Health team.

Ravae feels her purpose is working with kids and families. She is passionate about supporting each individual for who they are and recognizing their strengths individually and within the family. Ravae values meeting the client where they are at in the therapeutic process. Her goal is to respect and promote personal growth which in turn can develop resiliency and hope for a more fulfilling future. Ravae hopes to help families improve their individual and interpersonal skills in the home which in turn improves other aspects of their lives. Ravae is licensed as a LGSW and working towards her LICSW.
